We seek consistent and confidential relationships for the acquisition of various types of credit in the Multifamily, Hospitality, Office, C&I, Large Concentrated Residential, & Various Specialty Purpose Asset Types. Affordable Housing, Workforce Housing, Senior Housing, and Assisted Living Centers are an ESG acquisition key initiative for growth.
Performance status include; non-performing, sub-performing, & performing desired to be repositioned off the balance sheet in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, Europe, and the Caribbean.
Acquisitions are based on a loan level basis or portfolio structure, with an awareness of discount to par relative to value in each asset type. Restructurings, Work Outs, Asset Sales, and DIP Financing are also an area for opportunistic investing.
